Tax deductions

Your donations can be included in your income tax return, so a portion is returned to you. The more regular your contribution, the greater the tax benefit.

Deductions for individuals:

  • 80% of your donations for the first €250.

  • 40% of the amount exceeding that threshold.

  • 45% starting from the third year of donating.

Corporate Tax deductions for companies:  

  • 40% of your donations.

  • 50% starting from the third year.

* These tax deductions are capped at 10% of the taxable base.
In the Basque Country and Navarre, the percentages may vary.
