Add your IBAN and sign either digitally or on paper (by scanning it).

Send it to us
Reply to the email attaching the signed PDF and we'll take care of the rest.
Once we receive your signed mandate, we'll set up your contribution. The tax deduction will automatically appear on your tax return; and if you ever need the certificate, just ask!
